Our move-out cleaning services include an exhaustive and competitive range of services. We include steam carpet cleaning and deep oven cleaning as standard and are extremely flexible with the services included within part of our move-out cleaning package. You can choose to add or remove services on request, enabling you to tailor the service to suit your needs and budget. We have put together a list of everything is included in our standard lease-expiration clean. If additional services (like machine cleaning hard floors, carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning), please let us know when you contact us for a quote, either by phone or by email, providing your property details. Commercial properties may be cleaned please feel free to contact us to arrange an appointment for us to visit and provide you with a free written quotation.

Please be advised that sometimes we may have to see the property first in order to give you an accurate quote, if the property is non-standard. This is not always required and sometimes we can still provide that accurate quote.

Deep / All Rooms Cleaning Service

• Air conditioner – Filters and vents (if and where accessible)
• Baseboards (including moldings and architraves) – Vacuum and wipe clean
• Blinds – light dusting only. Blinds with heavier dirt will require steam cleaning (not included)
• Carpets – Vacuumed only *
• Ceiling fans – Vacuum clean and wipe
• Cobwebs – Removed
• Cupboards – Vacuum, wipe shelves, face panels and walls within the cupboards
• Doors – Vacuum, dust and wipe clean
• Flyscreens – Lightly clean with brush with soft bristles
• Mirrors (without full wardrobe mirrors)
• Power sockets and light switches – Vacuum and wipe clean
• Walls – Spot clean any marks with light sponging
